Use one account and complete assessments honestly. Videos remain hosted by their providers. Kaahwa certificates demonstrate course completion; they do not imply external accreditation or guaranteed employment. Standard full refunds can be requested within 14 days for unused paid learning or wholly unassigned company seats. Completed activities, assessment attempts, portfolio submissions, course-group ownership and contributions count as started use. Exceptions and already allocated tutor payouts need reviewed reconciliation. Refund requests do not initiate transfers. Unused, traceable company-paid seats can be reassigned by the organization owner; existing learner history is protected. Contact support for billing and exceptions.
