Your account stores contact details, learning progress, assessment results and certificates. Companies can see progress only for training assigned through their organization. Public certificate links display the learner name, course, result, date and validity; learners can switch sharing off in Privacy. Account controls provide password-confirmed export and reviewed deletion requests. Closure removes optional profile and study data, disables access and hides certificates; restricted learning, payment, certification and audit records may remain under a documented retention decision. Administrators must review archives and backups separately. Contact support for correction or the applicable retention policy.
